Horse Creek Ridge in Fallbrook
I have been following Horse Creek Ridge now for about 2 years with anticipation that new homes will be coming on the market that meet the needs of more affordable homes on the I-15 corridor. At this time there are only rumors that they might open for sales in 2016. There is no doubt that in the coming years this area will grow and provide the needed housing in the area. There are a number of other master planned communities in the works nearby. At this time there is no projection on timing.
Horse Creek Ridge is located just east of the Interstate 15 and Highway 76 junction in Fallbrook, CA. This new master planned community will offer seven neighborhoods with eight parks, a recreation center, pools and an 8.5 acre sports park. Detached condominiums will range from 1,568 to 2,153 square feet and detached single family homes will range from 1,799 to 3,844 square feet. The Horse Creek Ridge development is the residential segment of the Campus Park project which will include a total of 521 single-family residences and 230 condominium dwelling units.
This will be an ideal location for those wishing to get away from the dense suburban and city living and have options to commute to the coast, Riverside County or anywhere in San Diego County. Or for those that live in Riverside County and have to commute to the San Diego area. More details will be posted as they become available including price ranges and home features.
