The Estates at Canyon Grove is offering 82 single family new homes for sale. Featured are one and two story homes with four floor plans. Homes will have 3 to 6 bedrooms with 3½ to 5½ bathrooms and range in size from 2,981 to 4,082 square feet with 3 to 5 car garages.
No Mello Roos at these new homes in Escondido with an estimated low tax rate of 1.16%. HOA fees are approximately $195 per month and will cover the community landscaping and amenities.
Heritage Collection and The Estates at Canyon Grove new homes include many features that you will not find in the base price of similar homes.
Canyon Grove by Shea Homes is a new home community in Escondido that opened for sale in Late 2016. Nestled by the hills in the northern section of Escondido, Canyon Grove will consist of 178 Single family homes with single and two story plans to choose from. The Canyon Grove community, consisting of The Estates and Heritage Collection will include a walking trail, a tot lot, bocce ball court, BBQ’s, a mini soccer field and five pocket parks.
Per the sales associate, 50% of the new homes will be single story homes. So, if you are in the market for a single-story home in North County San Diego your chances of getting in on this new community is reasonable as most builders only have a few single-story homes in each community.
Base prices at the time of this post started at $605,000 for Heritage Collection homes and $665,000 for The Estates homes.
Models are expected to open in spring 2017
