I maintain updated information regarding all newly constructed homes in North San Diego County and monitor all current incentives and pricing. By personally visiting each new home community and talking with the sales associates I know the benefits that each builder or community may offer. Working together as your Buyer’s Agent to purchase your new home will provide you with these benefits:

    • Knowledge of all new home communities in North San Diego County, not just what is listed or in the newspapers. This includes homes built by the big builders and smaller builders, whether you are looking for single family or condominiums.
    • Not all builders pay for advertising on new home websites or in new home publications so you may be missing out on communities that you aren’t aware of or may be offering incentives or special pricing that you are looking for.
    • Advise you on value of lot premiums and any options and upgrades. These may affect your resale value.

    • I monitor the progress of future communities that have not been advertised.
