New Homes and Townhomes Coming Soon in Oceanside
Oceanside has been very active for new home sales in the past few months. You will find that the diversity of areas due to the size of the city will offer new homes and townhomes with prices from the mid $400,000s to over $2,000,000. There just haven’t been many new communities opening offering a wider range of home styles. But don’t stress. There are some new home opportunities, including single family homes that are now selling or coming very soon in Oceanside.
Of special note is the new community at Mission Lane which is located just off the 76 near the Mission. This is part of the community that went through the Oceanside Planning Department as Villa Storia. The new master planned community will feature a community pool, tot lot and a public park. Currently there are 2 new single family home communities that will be selling at Mission lane.
Francia at Mission Lane will offer 2-story single family homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2½ to 3 bathrooms. Homes will range from 2,348 to 2,666 square with anticipated pricing coming soon.
Pepper Tree at Mission Lane will offer single family, 2-story “Cluster Homes” with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2½ to 4 bathrooms. Homes will range in size from 1,790 to 2,157 square feet with anticipated pricing coming soon.
Approval was passed for a new townhome community on the Coast Highway where 38 3-story townhomes are under construction. Vista Del mar will offer townhomes with 3 to 5 bedrooms from 1,738 to 2,556 square feet. The community will have a swimming pool and feature rooftop decks. It is early in the process so there is no anticipated pricing or planned opening dates.
Single family homes are now selling at Summerset Estates where 22 new homes are under construction and selling now. Just 2½ miles from the coast and priced from the mid $700,000s, these homes should sell quickly. There are both 1 and 2-story homes with 4 bedrooms and up to 4 bathrooms. Homes are 2,487 to 3,307 square feet. There is no Mello Roos!
Current townhome communities are actively selling. The Cottages at St Cloud townhomes priced from the high $400,000s. Also, Brisas at Pacific Ridge is now selling from the mid $400,000s. Both are gated communities with community pools. Eventually there will be single family homes in Pacific Ridge although there is no information on timing.
